Announcement of Acceptance: 9/11 (Mon) *Early announcements may be made if preparations are completed in advance.


Booth Registration Notes:

(1) Booth Application and Review

  1. This booth is only available for individual creators and organizations. Companies and businesses should apply for the "Corporate Booth" category.

  2. If it is discovered that the applicant is a company or business, the application will not be approved.

  3. Payment must be made in advance during the registration process. Completing the payment does not guarantee approval and participation in the event. Applicants must wait for the review notification, which will be sent via email within a maximum of seven working days. The review notification will inform whether the application has been approved or not.

  4. Approval indicates acceptance for the event. If the application is not approved, the reasons for the unsuccessful review will be communicated, and a refund will be issued through the system. If only certain aspects of the application are not eligible, applicants can make necessary modifications and reapply with the payment.

  5. The registration fee for each booth includes equipment, construction costs, and post-event cleaning expenses.

  6. During the registration period, applicants can apply for a refund through the registration system. A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the registration fee for refunds requested during this period.

  7. A manual review fee of 100 yen will be charged for each application (included in the total amount of the registration fee).


(2) Acceptance and Cancellation

  1. Once the booth registration fee is approved, it is considered as acceptance. No refunds will be provided for any reason. In the event that a creator wishes to cancel their participation after receiving the acceptance notification, the paid exhibition fee will be used as part of the exhibition promotion budget and will not be refunded.

  2. The assigned booth cannot be transferred to another creator who did not apply during the registration period. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate retrieval of the transferred booth, cessation of non-registered creator's exhibition, and a two-year ban on participating in any domestic events organized by the company.

  3. In the case of any force majeure events that affect the exhibition, such as strikes, natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemics, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, etc., causing postponement or shortened exhibition period, exhibitors cannot request compensation or refunds from the organizer. If the exhibition is canceled, refunds will be issued to exhibitors after deducting necessary expenses. The organizer is not responsible for compensating exhibitors for any expenses incurred in planning the exhibition.

  4. For booths that do not pass the review, a refund will be issued after deducting the 100 yen manual review fee.

  5. For any booth-related inquiries, please contact AGA Creator Booth Team at (other email addresses will not respond to booth-related inquiries).

(3) Booth Arrangement

  1. The assigned booths will be arranged and prioritized by the AGA Creator Booth Team based on the category of goods/services.

  2. The order of allocation will be based on the number of booths, with priority given to creators with more booths. If there are creators with an equal number of booths, the payment dates will be used for sorting.

  3. The organizer reserves the right to make the final changes to the booth arrangement.

  4. During the cancellation of registration, creators can indicate their preference for neighboring booths. However, please understand that this preference cannot be guaranteed during the planning process.

  5. Once the booth information is announced, no requests for booth changes in any form will be accepted. Private booth exchanges are also not permitted. If the organizer discovers any violations, immediate action will be taken to rectify the situation. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of booth sales and exhibition for that booth.

(4) Sale and display items are subject to strict age classification

  1. For booths in the adult section, both the booth applicant and their assistant must be at least 18 years old. Selling by minors is prohibited.

  2. This event strictly follows a product rating system. Therefore, a dedicated adult section is set up. If a booth sells any adult content products, even if they are pixelated or censored, they cannot be sold outside the adult section(※Content that requires mandatory registration in the adult section).

  3. If adult products are sold without authorization at non-adult section booths, booth sales will be immediately suspended, and the booth will be banned from participating in any events organized by the company for a period of two years.
